【摘要】小按：6月18日将此文发于北大法律信息网，3日后再来看，不知编辑采用了何种技术，在“法学文献”按日排列的标题栏中竟然找不到了，需运用搜寻功能方能找到。换言之，就是被隐蔽了起来，不让读者直接能够看到。不知本文有何不妥？需隐于幕后，而登不得前台？Calabresi的文章实在重要，译文错误需及时纠正，以免读者误解原作者。另外，因为不知译者联系方式，也是期望借贵网沟通译者。今日重发，望编辑毋再隐去，如有不妥，请与我联系。

翻译问题：
1． 原文（pp.1090-1091）：Our conventional notions make this easy to comprehend with respect to private property.
译文（p.32）：我们的通常观念使得这一点很容易被理解为私有财产。
建议：对于私有财产而言，我们的常识让我们很容易理解这一点。
2． 原文（p.1107）：It does not follow that the buyers can raise that much…
译文（p.38）：这并不意味着买方可以提价很多……
建议：这并不意味着买方可以筹集起这么多的钱……
3． 原文（p.1107）：Whenever this is the case an argument can readily be made for moving from a property rule to a liability rule.
