Belgacom S.A. is a telecommunications company in Belgium and active in many fields in the e-communications sector, particularly in wholesale and retail fixed line services, Internet and broadband data transmission services for residential and business customers. Recently, Belgacom began to penetrate into interactive digital television sector by launching Belgacom TV in last June. In addition, Belgacom is present in Europe (including the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain), USA and Asia including Singapore and Japan.
Belgacom welcomes the Commission’s call for input on the Review of the Recommendation on relevant product and service markets (hereafter, the “Review”), Belgacom wishes to bring a constructive input and would appreciate the opportunity to engage the European Commission in further discussion of the contents of this contribution.

Executive Summary
The position of Belgacom on the list of the relevant markets can be summarized as follows.
No new markets should be added to the list at European level. The list of relevant markets should be limited to a set of wholesale markets:
1. Markets being eliminated: Market 1-6, Market 7, Market 10, Market 14
2. Markets being maintained without modifications: Market 8-9
3. Markets being maintained but profoundly modified: Market 11, Market 12, Market 13, Market 18
