论发展中国家在当前WTO反倾销程序中的不利地位(英文版)

 In the wake of September 11 attacks on the U.S., more and more countries are of the view that giving more regards to developing countries is very important for world trade and world’s stability.(62) Therefore, it is optimistic for developing countries to defend their interests on anti-dumping issue in the new round of multilateral trade negotiation.
